高玲，女，1972年生，中共党员，教授，硕士生导师。2005年入职最专业的博彩导航心理系。本科生任教课程为《组织管理心理学》（2022年被认定为山西省一流课程）、《人事测评与职业规划》。研究生任教课程为《道德心理专题研究》。研究领域主要包括：青少年道德与社会性发展、中小学生心理健康教育等。目前主要从事儿童青少年道德心理与行为的发展特点及教育干预方面的理论及实证研究，以及儿童青少年心理适应与社会性发展的心理机制与变化规律的实证研究。先后主持和参与多项国家级项目，在Journal of Personality、Children and Youth Services Review、Child Psychiatry & Human Development、Child Abuse & Neglect、School Psychology等 SSCI期刊以及《心理发展与教育》《心理科学》《中国临床心理学杂志》等期刊发表论文多篇，著有学术专著《基础教育中的教与学心理研究》，合著发展心理研究领域专著2部。相关成果曾获得山西省社会科学优秀成果二等奖、三等奖，“百部（篇）工程”二等奖。
